Bowsaw Rye Whiskey
In stock
Bowsaw Rye Whiskey is an American rye whiskey with a clear emphasis on spice and fruit. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a bottle for those moments when you want rye whiskey without too much complication: recognisable in style, approachable in strength and still expressive enough to hold attention.
American Oak adds a light woody touch, but it does not take over the whole picture. The main impression is driven by spice and fruit, with a gentle floral note sitting further in the background.
Bottled at 40%, Bowsaw Rye Whiskey keeps an easy-going side while still showing the spicier direction associated with rye. It is a straightforward way to explore American whiskey from a fruitier, more seasoned angle.
Bowsaw Rye Whiskey is shaped mainly (…)Woodford Sonoma Triple Finish

Woodford Sonoma Triple Finish
In stock
Woodford Sonoma Triple Finish shows Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from a richer, more fruit-driven angle. Its character comes from a triple finish in Sonoma County Pinot Noir casks, Brandy casks and former Bourbon barrels that were used to mature red wine. That combination brings the bourbon into a world of red fruit, vanilla, spice and gentle oak.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as one of those Woodford releases that adds a different layer to the familiar American whiskey style. The bourbon foundation is still there, but the finishing brings extra warmth and depth, especially through its wine-influenced fruit and rounded spice.
Bottled at 45.2%, Sonoma Triple Finish has enough strength to carry those flavours with clarity. It is a (…)Green Spot Tube Incl.

Green Spot is an Irish pure pot still whiskey built around one of the defining features of the style: the use of unmalted barley. Every whiskey under the Green Spot label is triple distilled, giving it a clearly Irish identity without moving into smoky territory.
Its maturation takes place over 7 to 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks. The particularly interesting point here is the relatively high proportion of sherry cask maturation, something appreciated by drinkers who enjoy fruit, spice and gentle oak influence in their whiskey.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Green Spot is the kind of bottle we like to present when someone wants to understand how lively and flavourful Irish pure pot still whiskey can be: creamy, fruit-led and subtly spicy.

Amrut Triparva
In stock
Amrut Triparva is an Indian single malt with a clear focus on fruit and spice. At 50% ABV it carries a confident strength, while the available profile does not point towards peat smoke or salty coastal notes. The emphasis is therefore on a more direct interplay of fruit, spice and gentle wood influence.
Maturation in American Oak gives the whisky its framework, but the character does not appear to rely on wood alone. The fruit and spice are the main voices, with lighter floral and woody accents adding shape around them.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this help show how wide the world of single malt has become beyond the traditional whisky regions. With 5400 bottles produced, Amrut Triparva is also a clearly defined release rather than a standard (…)Aberlour 18y Double Sherry Cask Finish Tube Incl.

Aberlour 18y Double Sherry Cask Finish Tube Incl.

Aberlour 18y Double Sherry Cask Finish presents a mature Speyside single malt built around sherry cask influence. The name says a great deal already: this is an 18-year-old Aberlour where the sherry finish is not a background detail, but part of the whisky's identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this in front of someone looking for Scotch single malt with a clearly fruity and spiced direction, rather than peat or coastal sharpness. The profile points to fruit and spice as the main impressions, supported by a lighter touch of wood and a subtle floral side.
Bottled at 43%, it keeps a classic strength while offering the combination of age, Speyside origin and sherry finishing that many drinkers associate with Aberlour's style.

Mars Komagatake Shins 2021 is a Japanese single malt with a clear emphasis on fruit and spice. With no age statement given, the focus shifts away from a number on the label and towards the style of the whisky itself.
At 48% ABV, this Mars Maltage release has enough strength to carry its character with confidence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a Japanese malt with a lively fruit-and-spice direction, supported by a light floral note and a modest touch of wood.
Peat and saltiness are not the defining elements here. Instead, this is a whisky for those who want a Japanese single malt built around clarity, spice and fruit rather than smoke.

Nikka Ftb Coffret 3x50cl

Nikka Ftb Coffret 3x50cl is a Japanese blended whisky presented as a gift pack with three 50 cl bottles. At 55.8%, it has a notably assertive strength, giving the set a more serious whisky character than its compact format might first suggest.
The coffret presentation makes it feel considered and gift-worthy without losing sight of the whisky itself. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Nikka release we like to place with bottles that have an extra sense of occasion around them.
With no age statement, the focus stays on the blend and its chosen style rather than on a number. The fact that these are the last bottles also gives the set a more limited feel, especially for anyone looking for Nikka in a less everyday presentation.

Mars 2016 Tsunuki LMDW is a Japanese single malt from Mars Maltage with a very focused identity: one individual cask, bottled at cask strength, without an age statement. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2020, it captures a defined stage in the maturation of Tsunuki rather than a broad house-style blend.
The refill barrel matters here. It keeps the wood influence relatively restrained, allowing the whisky's fruit and spice-led profile to come through more clearly, with a lighter floral touch in support. At 60% ABV, however, this remains a firmly presented cask strength release.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this stand out because they offer a specific snapshot: Japanese single malt, a stated vintage, a single cask and now only the last bottles. It is (…)Mars Komagatake 2020

Mars Komagatake 2020 is a Japanese single malt from Mars Maltage, bottled without an age statement and presented at 50%. That immediately shifts the focus away from age and towards composition: cask choice, strength and the way the whisky expresses its style.
The maturation brings together sherry casks and American white oak. Based on the supplied flavour profile, the emphasis sits on fruit and spice, with lighter floral and woody elements supporting the whole. It is not presented as a peated or salty whisky, so the character is more about aromatic lift and seasoning than smoke.

Aged for 12 years and bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its flavour without feeling driven by alcohol. The profile points towards clear fruit and spice, supported by gentle wood influence and a light floral touch.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Benromach for drinkers who want to explore the distillery name in an unpeated form, with the emphasis placed on Speyside character and sherry maturation rather than smoky intensity.

Chichibu 2014 Single Cask Nectar is a Japanese single malt with a very focused identity. Distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2021, it spent seven years in a single bourbon barrel before being released in a run of just 198 bottles. Rather than a broad house-style bottling, this is the character of one cask captured at one moment in time.
At 64.3% ABV, it has been bottled at cask strength, keeping the whisky close to the way it left the barrel. That gives this release a direct, uncompromised feel: no large-scale blending, just the individual development of one bourbon cask.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Chichibu that speaks to drinkers who appreciate limited Japanese single malt with a clear sense of origin. Its single cask nature, small outturn (…)Bunnahabhain Feis Ile (2024) 2009 14y Ruby Port Finish
