Jack Daniels Triple Mash
In stock
Jack Daniel's Triple Mash shows the distillery from a broader angle. Rather than focusing on one whiskey style, it brings together three Straight Whiskeys from the same producer: Rye, Tennessee Whiskey and Single Malt. That combination is what gives this release its interest, placing several sides of Jack Daniel's into one bottle.
Made in the United States and matured in American oak, it carries the toasted and softly woody notes reflected in the tasting profile. At 50% alcohol, it has a firm presence, with spice and wood playing a clear role alongside a gentler fruit element.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a strong choice for anyone wanting to explore Jack Daniel's beyond the familiar core style: recognisably American, yet shaped by a more layered (…)Wisers 1998 H Walker (La Maison Du Whisky - Ex Libris)

Wisers 1998 H Walker (La Maison Du Whisky - Ex Libris)

Wisers 1998 H Walker shows Canadian whisky from a more concentrated, specialist angle. Distilled in 1998 and matured for 22 years, it has been bottled at cask strength, with an alcohol level of 64.5% that keeps the whisky close to its original power.
American Oak maturation gives the release a firm wooden backbone, with spice playing a clear supporting role. As part of the Ex Libris bottling series from La Maison du Whisky, it sits among limited releases rather than everyday whisky, with 1428 bottles produced.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as an interesting bottle for drinkers who want to explore Canadian whisky beyond the familiar softer side: mature, high-strength and now down to the last bottles. It is a whisky built around age, oak and intensity, (…)Braeckman Virgin Oak 2022

Braeckman Virgin Oak 2022
On request only
Braeckman Virgin Oak 2022 presents a clear and focused side of Belgian whisky: a four-year-old grain whisky matured in Virgin Oak. The new oak is at the heart of its identity, bringing a pronounced woody and spicy profile, with lighter fruity and floral touches in support.
Distilled in 2018 and bottled at 46%, it keeps a firm character without moving into cask strength territory. With 2,360 bottles released, this is a defined small-scale bottling, and as these are the last bottles, it holds a notable place in the Drankenshop Broekmans range for customers interested in Belgian whisky releases.
What makes this Braeckman interesting is its straightforward style. There is no peat and no saline edge here; instead, the whisky puts its Virgin Oak maturation clearly (…)Daftmill Winter 2008

Daftmill Winter 2008

Daftmill Winter 2008 is a Scottish single malt with a clear sense of place in time. Distilled in 2008 and bottled at 46%, it comes from a release of 5928 bottles, giving it a more defined and limited character than a standard ongoing expression.
The bourbon cask maturation frames the whisky around noticeable wood influence and spice, with fruit and floral notes playing a quieter supporting role. There is no peated emphasis in the profile, so the focus stays on cask, structure and the character of the malt rather than smoke.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Daftmill stands out because only the last bottles remain. For customers looking for a specific 2008 Scottish single malt release, it offers a focused and increasingly scarce snapshot of Daftmill's style.

Aberfeldy 21y Argentinian Malbec Finish Incl. Box

Aberfeldy 21y Argentinian Malbec Finish is a limited-edition Highland single malt with a clear identity of its own. It should not be seen as the standard Aberfeldy 21 Year Old in different packaging, but as a specific wine cask finished release, bottled at 46%, where the Malbec influence is an important part of the experience. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of mature whisky we like to explain slowly, because the details genuinely matter.
Distilled on 14 November 2001, the whisky spent more than two decades in a mix of refill barrels and hogsheads. It was then finished for around eight months in French oak Malbec wine casks from Finca Ambrosia Single Estate Winery in Argentina. Those casks were selected through a collaboration between Aberfeldy Malt Master (…)Arran Amarone Finish Tube Incl.

In stockArran Amarone Finish is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran with a clear focus on cask influence. It first matures in traditional oak casks before being finished in carefully selected Amarone wine casks, giving the whisky a more expressive, fruit-led and oak-framed personality.
Bottled at 50%, it has real presence in the glass. The whisky is presented without chill filtration and without artificial colouring, keeping the style close to its natural form.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran we like to introduce when someone is looking for a single malt where the wine cask finish genuinely shapes the experience. The Amarone casks add depth around the malt rather than simply acting as a finishing touch.

Aultmore 25y is a Speyside single malt shaped above all by time in oak. After 25 years of maturation, the wood and spice elements sit clearly at the centre, while lighter floral and fruity notes remain part of the whisky's quieter detail.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Scotch we would introduce as a mature, composed malt rather than a smoky or coastal style. The 46% strength gives it presence without turning the conversation away from its oak-led Speyside character.
For drinkers looking at Aultmore, this 25-year-old release is about maturity, restrained fruit, gentle floral touches and a more pronounced woody-spiced profile. More information about the brand can be found at https://www.aultmore.com/

New Zealand Dunedin Dc 50cl
Temporarily sold out
New Zealand Dunedin DC 50cl brings a less familiar single malt origin into the glass: New Zealand. It is tied to Dunedin on the South Island, with maturation in coastal Oamaru, and is bottled at 40% without an age statement. The emphasis here is not on sheer strength, but on origin, cask influence and a grain-led style with a distinctive New Zealand angle.
The DoubleCask name refers to its two-stage maturation. It first rests in American ex-bourbon casks, then takes on extra influence from French oak casks that previously held Central Otago red wine, particularly Pinot Noir. That cask combination sits behind its gold-to-amber colour with a reddish-brown hue, and helps shape the interplay of wood, spice, cereal notes and red fruit.

Bruichladdich 21y Redefine shows Islay from a side that is not defined by peat smoke. This 21-year-old single malt is an official Bruichladdich bottling within the Luxury Re/Defined range, made from 100% Scottish barley and, according to the supplied information, distilled, matured and bottled on Islay.
A key part of its identity is traceability. Bruichladdich presents this release as traceable back to barley variety, individual farmer and cask type. At Drankenshop Broekmans, that kind of detail matters because it gives the whisky a clearer sense of place and intent, without turning the bottle into a technical exercise.
Its maturation took place on Islay for more than two decades, using a cask composition of 80% bourbon casks and 20% sherry casks, including (…)Bruichladdich 12y Micro Provenance

After 12 years of maturation, the Madeira cask element gives this release its main direction. The available profile points towards wood and spice as the clearest features, with lighter floral and fruity touches around them. Glenturret 30y 2021 is a Highland single malt where maturity and careful cask selection do the talking. Officially bottled by The Glenturret at 41.6%, this 2021 Release was limited to 750 bottles worldwide. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would treat this as a release-specific whisky rather than simply a 30 year old, because the annual Glenturret expressions can differ in their composition and cask selection.
The whisky was created from eight casks, built around refill American oak and first-fill European oak. Jack Daniel's Travelers Bold & Spicy 50cl

Jack Daniel's Travelers Bold & Spicy is a Tennessee whiskey from the United States with a distinctly assertive personality. The name is a useful guide here: Bold & Spicy points toward a style where oak and spice are given real presence, supported by a strength of 53.5%.
Maturation in American Oak fits that direction well. Rather than presenting Jack Daniel's in a softer, more restrained way, this bottling puts more emphasis on structure, wood influence and a spicier edge. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it sits neatly among bottles for drinkers who already know the brand and want to explore a firmer, more outspoken side of it.

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2025 presents a more mature side of Maker's Mark while keeping the soft wheat-led identity of the house style intact. The 2025 edition brings together 11, 13 and 14 year old bourbon, using the oldest components officially included in a Maker's Mark bottling up to that point according to the supplied information.
The foundation is still unmistakably Maker's Mark: corn, soft red winter wheat and malted barley, with wheat taking the place of rye as the secondary grain. Jack Daniels Bonded Rye puts rye firmly at the centre of the glass. It shows the livelier, spicier side of American whiskey, with its 50% strength giving the whisky enough structure to carry that bolder profile.

The appeal lies in the meeting of power, spice, oak and a sweeter fruit undertone. It is not a quiet rye, but one with a confident and clearly defined character.

Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2021 at 46.3%, it was released in a limited outturn of 1,637 bottles. The limited nature is part of the appeal, but the real interest lies in the way the rye cask influence frames the whisky: caramel sweetness, vanilla and citrus are given extra grip by peppery spice and oak.
