Springbank 15y Batch 2026

| 1 review
In stock

Springbank 15y Batch 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt with a dark, coastal mood. The distillery's own description is vivid: like a storm moving across the shore, brooding and powerful, yet striking in flavour. Much of that depth comes from the high proportion of sherry casks used during maturation, supported by the maturity of its 15 years in oak.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Springbank we like to present to customers who enjoy a whisky with several layers to explore. Fruit, spice, oak, a touch of salinity and gentle peat smoke all play a role, without reducing the whisky to a single dominant note. Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its character clearly.

It is especially well suited to a moment after dinner, and the supplier (…)

Caol Ila 1979 Over 40y Artist #10 (La Maison Du Whisky - Artist Edition)

Only 3 left in stock!

Caol Ila 1979 Over 40y Artist #10 is the kind of Islay single malt where the appeal lies in the details: distilled in 1979, bottled in 2020 and matured for more than forty years. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this stand out because they bring together age, origin and scarcity in a very tangible way.

Released by La Maison du Whisky as part of the Artist Edition, this whisky was drawn from a single hogshead. That single cask identity matters here: it is not a broad house-style vatting, but the voice of one individual cask after a long maturation. With only 156 bottles released, and with the last bottles now remaining, the limited nature of the bottling is central to its character.

Bottled at cask strength at 54.9%, it keeps close to its natural form. (…)

Brora 30y 2009

Very last one in stock!

Brora 30y 2009 is a Highland single malt with a strong sense of provenance. This official distillery bottling was distilled in 1979 and bottled in 2009 as the 8th Release in the Diageo Special Releases series. It comes from Brora's older stocks, produced before the distillery ceased production in 1983.

Thirty years of maturation and bottling at natural cask strength, 53.2%, give it real depth and weight. The available information points to long maturation in refill American oak casks, with no separate finish mentioned. That keeps the focus on time in cask: oak, ripe fruit, spice, coastal saltiness and a restrained thread of smoke.

Only 2,652 individually numbered bottles were released, giving this whisky a clearly defined place among older Brora bottlings. At (…)

Bowmore Mizunara Finish

Last one in stock!

Bowmore Mizunara Finish is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky with a very clear point of interest: its finish in Japanese oak. That cask influence is not just a background detail here; it is the element that gives this release its distinctive focus.

Bottled at cask strength, 53.9%, it is presented with real presence. Rather than building its identity around an age statement, this Bowmore places the emphasis on the meeting of Islay single malt, Japanese oak and a powerful bottling strength. For drinkers who enjoy exploring how wood and strength shape a whisky, that makes it a particularly engaging bottle to discuss and taste.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release stands out because of its limited run of 2,000 bottles and its collector appeal. It is a Bowmore (…)

Ballechin 2004 19y Small Batch Madeira Tube Incl.

In stock

Ballechin 2004 19y Small Batch Madeira is a Highland single malt with a very clear identity: Edradour's heavily peated Ballechin spirit, matured in Madeira puncheons and bottled at cask strength. It was distilled in April 2004 and bottled in July 2023 after 19 years of maturation.

The appeal here lies in the meeting of firm peat and a pronounced wine-cask influence. Edradour states a phenol level of at least 50 ppm for the peated barley used for Ballechin, setting it apart from the distillery's unpeated Edradour whiskies. The Madeira maturation adds a richer, fruit-driven sweetness beside that smoky core, rather than softening it into the background.

This Small Batch was drawn from two Madeira puncheons, casks 184 and 189, with an outturn of 1,323 bottles. It (…)

Highland Park Gallia Belgica

On request only

Highland Park Gallia Belgica is a Scottish single malt from Orkney, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2020 at 12 years of age. As a single cask release bottled at cask strength, 63.5%, it presents Highland Park through the lens of one individual cask rather than a wider house-style expression.

Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out because its appeal lies in precision and scarcity: 621 bottles were released, and these are now the last bottles. It has the feel of a defined, limited chapter for those who enjoy whisky with a clear sense of origin and bottling identity.

The flavour profile places wood, spice and fruit at the centre, supported by lighter salty and peated notes. That gives Gallia Belgica a firm, concentrated presence (…)

Old School Malt 51y Coastal (Signatory)

Temporarily sold out

Old School Malt 51y Coastal is a 51-year-old Scotch malt whisky from Batch #5 of the Coastal Edition. Its character is built around the meeting point of maritime influence and the rich depth of a second-fill Oloroso cask.

The long maturation brings together dried fruit, cacao, toasted oak and patinated leather, with a subtle salty edge running through it. A light touch of smoke adds depth rather than weight, keeping the whisky refined and measured.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce as a slow, contemplative dram: mature, woody, warmly fruity and elegant. It is bottled at 44.0% ABV, at cask strength and with its natural colour preserved.

The aroma brings dried figs, orange peel and cacao, with a gentle (…)

Talisker 41y Bodegas

In stock

Talisker 41y Bodegas is a mature single malt from Skye, distilled in 1978 and bottled after 41 years of ageing. Its appeal lies in that long development, but also in the way the whisky has been given a sherry finish, adding another layer to an already deeply aged Talisker.

The Bodegas name points towards that sherry influence. In style, the whisky brings together clear wood, spice and fruit, with a lighter thread of salt and peat keeping the island origin in view. It is bottled at 50.7%, giving the release a serious presence without needing to overstate it.

With only 2,000 bottles produced, collector status and the indication that these are among the last bottles, this is one of those releases that has a very specific place at Drankenshop Broekmans: an old, (…)

Talisker 40y Bodegas

In stock

Talisker 40y Bodegas is an official Talisker distillery bottling from the island of Skye in Scotland. Distilled in 1978 and aged for 40 years, it was released as the first edition of The Bodega Series, a range built around Talisker's relationship with sherry casks.

The maturation story gives this whisky much of its identity. It first matured in refill American oak barrels before spending around three months in five sherry butts from Delgado Zuleta. Those casks had previously held Quo Vadis Amontillado Sherry, an amontillado aged for more than 40 years. That connection to the bodega is not just decorative; it shapes the way this old Talisker brings together maritime depth, mature fruit and cask influence.

Only 2,000 bottles were released worldwide, presented (…)

Laphroaig 25y 2023 Incl. Box

In stock

Laphroaig 25y 2023 is an Islay single malt where age is central to the experience. Matured for 25 years in bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength, at 47.3%, it keeps a close connection to the whisky's natural form.

The appeal here lies in the way maturity shapes the whisky. Wood, spice and fruit come forward with confidence, while the smoky element remains refined rather than forceful. It feels measured and developed, with the annual release character adding to its sense of rarity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this 25-year-old Laphroaig has a natural place among special Scotch whisky releases for drinkers who appreciate long maturation, distillery tradition and a more composed side of Islay single malt.

The aroma opens with pear candy, green (…)

Bowmore 18y Sherry Incl. Box

Only 3 left in stock!

Bowmore 18y Sherry presents a more mature and layered side of Islay. The sherry influence is central, yet the whisky keeps a clear Bowmore identity: fruit, spice, cocoa-like depth and a restrained peaty note that adds tension rather than dominating the glass.

Its maturation combines carefully selected bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, followed by an additional Pedro Ximénez finish. That cask journey gives this 18-year-old single malt its depth and shape, bringing together ripe fruit, darker sweetness, spice and a measured wood presence.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Bowmore as a strong choice for those who enjoy Islay whisky when the peat is carried by maturity and sherry richness. It is a whisky to pour when you want time with the glass, (…)

Bunnahabhain 40y

Only 3 left in stock!

Bunnahabhain 40y presents Islay in a particularly composed way. This official distillery bottling comes from Bunnahabhain near Port Askaig, on the Sound of Islay, and reflects the distillery's reputation for unpeated single malt rather than the heavily smoky style often associated with the island.

Its four decades in sherry casks are central to the story. The whisky matured in seaside warehouses, and the casks are linked with J.G. Turney, a historic Glasgow wine and spirits merchant. At 41.9% alcohol, the focus is not force, but maturity: fruit, malt, roasted nuts, soft oak and the texture that only long ageing can bring.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would place in front of someone who wants to understand the quieter, older side of (…)

Vintage Bowmore 1996 20y Hand-Filled At The Distillery

Very last one in stock!

This Vintage Bowmore 1996 20 Year Old is the kind of Islay single malt where the story sits very close to the liquid. Distilled on 17 September 1996 and bottled on 23 November 2016, it was drawn from a single Oloroso sherry cask and bottled at natural cask strength, 56.2%.

The hand-filled at the distillery detail gives it a more personal feel than a standard release. Rather than representing a broad batch, this is a focused single cask Bowmore, shaped by twenty years of maturation and the influence of an Oloroso sherry cask.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this naturally stands out for customers who appreciate provenance, limited availability and distillery-linked bottlings. With the final bottles remaining and the product marked as a collector's (…)

Benriach 1994 28y #1290 48,1 Incl. Box

In stock

Benriach 1994 28y #1290 is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: a peated Benriach from an oloroso sherry butt, filled on 15 July 1994 and bottled in early 2023 after 28 years of maturation.

Its appeal lies in its precision. This is not a broad release, but a single cask bottling from cask #1290, presented at cask strength at 48.1%. Only 524 bottles were drawn, giving this whisky the feeling of a specific moment captured from one individual cask.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value releases like this because they show how much personality can sit inside a single malt when age, cask and distillery character are allowed to speak clearly. It remains rooted in Speyside, yet the peated style and oloroso sherry butt add depth, spice, fruit and gentle (…)

Brora 40y

Only 3 left in stock!

Brora 40y is a Highland single malt defined first of all by time. Distilled in 1978 and matured for forty years in American Oak, it brings together age, origin and cask influence in a way that immediately sets it apart from everyday whisky.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that naturally draws attention from people looking for something scarce and significant. Only 1819 bottles were released, and the remaining stock is among the last bottles. Its status as a collector's item is supported by that combination of age, limited availability and the Brora name on the label.

The stated flavour profile points to a whisky built around wood, spice and fruit, with peat present only as a lighter accent. At 49.2% alcohol, it has enough strength to (…)

Bowmore 1980 30y Queen's Visit

Very last one in stock!

Bowmore 1980 30y Queen's Visit is an Islay single malt with a very precise sense of place and time. It was distilled on 9 August 1980 and bottled on 7 September 2011, after thirty years of maturation. That long ageing period already sets it apart from more regular releases.

Drawn from a single hogshead and bottled at cask strength at 46.7%, this is a narrowly defined release rather than a broad house style. Only 156 bottles were produced, and with the last bottles now indicated, Drankenshop Broekmans treats it as a particularly specific snapshot of Bowmore from one individual cask.

The stated flavour profile points towards clear wood influence and fruit, with spice, salinity and peat playing supporting roles. In other words, the Islay identity is present, but (…)

Lochlea Ploughing Edition Third Crop Incl. Box

In stock

Lochlea Ploughing Edition Third Crop shows a smokier side of this Lowland single malt. As the fourth limited edition and the closing chapter of the seasonal trilogy, it brings a darker accent to the Lochlea range, shaped by maturation in ex-Islay casks.

The familiar Lochlea grain character is still there, supported by fresh fruit, but here it is joined by smoke, a saline edge and a peaty finish. The supplied product information describes it as Lochlea's smokiest whisky, giving this release a clearly defined place within the series.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Ploughing Edition as a strong example of how Lochlea can move beyond its gentler Lowland profile without losing its own identity. Bottled at 46% and released in limited quantities, it is a (…)

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane Tube Incl.

In stock

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane shows a more exploratory side of this Speyside distillery from Dufftown. As Experimental Series #04, it moves away from the familiar age-stated route and focuses instead on a flavour idea: combining peated and unpeated Glenfiddich single malt, then adding the influence of rum cask finishing.

The name captures that idea neatly. Fire points to the smoky, peated element, while Cane refers to the sugarcane origin of rum and the character drawn from the rum casks. The whisky first matures in bourbon casks before receiving its finish in rum casks, described by Glenfiddich as Latin rum casks.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Glenfiddich we like to introduce when someone wants to discover a different side of the distillery (…)

Kilchoman Family Collection 20 Years Bourbon Barrel is a significant release for Kilchoman. This 20-year-old Islay single malt is described as the distillery's oldest official release to date, giving it a special place within the Family Collection.

Matured in bourbon barrels and made from heavily peated malt, it shows a more mature side of the Kilchoman style. After twenty years, the peat is no longer simply bold and upfront; it has become integrated into a refined structure shaped by fruit, soft spice, wood and a gentle coastal saltiness.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone looking for peated Islay whisky with real age behind it. The smoke is still clearly part of the identity, but the emphasis is on elegance, (…)

Kilchoman Sanaig Mini

In stock

Kilchoman Sanaig Mini is a small-format introduction to an Islay single malt with real presence. Bottled at 46%, it carries a style where peat, wood influence, spice and fruit all play a clear role.

The whisky is shaped by a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, giving Sanaig more than a straightforward smoky profile. There is structure from the wood, a spicy edge, a fruity side and a lighter saline touch that keeps it connected to its Islay origin.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this miniature makes sense as a tasting bottle: a practical way to explore Kilchoman Sanaig before choosing a larger bottle, or to compare it alongside other Islay single malts.

Springbank 21y Batch 2026 Incl. Box

In stock

Springbank 21y Batch 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt where age, distillery character and patience all matter. Springbank stands out because the full production process, from malting through to bottling, is carried out at the distillery itself. That gives this whisky a strong sense of origin rather than the feel of a standard release.

At 21 years old, this Springbank brings together fruit, spice and a clear but measured wood influence, with a light salty accent and only a gentle trace of smoke on the finish. The product information also points to Springbank's moderately peated style and its two-and-a-half-times distillation, details that help explain its distinctive place among Scottish single malts.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky that (…)
